Today is More Than Indoctrination Day

Today, September 8 marks a very important day for Mr. Obama – no, not just “Indoctrination Day” at school; rather, this day also brings forth a process where “potential” justice for our great Republic begins.

Preventing abuse of authority is necessary to the health of our nation’s democracy. That’s why it’s a federal crime for anyone acting under “color of law” willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive a person of a right protected by the Constitution or U.S. law. “Color of law” simply means that the person is using authority given to him or her by a local, state, or federal government agency.

In other words, political maneuvering in the Executive office as well as the Legislative office should not be permitted to displace or hamper, proper judicial review and justice.

Currently, if it can be proven in a court of law that Barack Hussein Obama knew, at the time he declared himself a presidential candidate, that he was not born in the United States, that he has deliberately misrepresented himself as a natural born citizen, and that he has spent over a million dollars perpetuating a lie to the American people, a charge of treason and criminal fraud would be the only appropriate action to be brought against the man.

Mr. Obama, according to a published report, has spent over one million dollars so far to STOP anyone from seeing ANY of his actual identification documents, such as:

His actual long-form birth certificate (NOT an easily-forged electronic copy of a short-form document that is not even officially accepted as proof of birth by the State of Hawaii)

His passport files

His University of Chicago Law School scholarly articles

His Harvard Law School records

His Columbia University records

His Columbia University senior thesis, "Soviet Nuclear Disarmament"

His Occidental College records, including information on any financial aid that he received

His Punahou School records, where Mr. Obama attended from the fifth grade until he finished high school

His Noelani Elementary School records, where he attended kindergarten (according to the Hawaii Department of Education, students must submit a birth certificate to register -- but parents may bring a passport or student visa if the child is from a foreign country)

His Complete files and schedules of his years as an Illinois state senator from 1997 to 2004

Mr. Obama's client list from during his time in private practice with the Chicago law firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill and Gallard

His Illinois State Bar Association records

His Baptism records

The Obama/Dunham marriage license

The Soetoro/Dunham marriage license

His adoption records

I wonder (on a daily basis) why Judge Carter has been the only federal judge, prior to and subsequent to the election of Barack Obama as President of the United States, to consider the requirement set forth in the U.S. Constitution, for the President to be a natural born citizen, as a law that should be enforced. After all, all federal judges take the same oath:

"I, _______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

In addition, each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office. Section 8 of the Judiciary Act of 1789, as amended in 1990:

"I, __________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as (name of position) under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

Judge Carter's statement, that, as a former U.S. Marine, he realizes the importance of a person being constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President, indicates his apparent willingness to see that constitutional law is properly administered and followed in his court. His actions seem to reflect the statement by the great John Adams, that "we are a nation of laws, and not of men."

Judge Carter stated the following:

1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on procedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS.

Where are the judges who I have to assume took the same oath as Judge Carter; likewise, where are all of the Attorney Generals, sheriffs, and members of Congress and our Supreme Court Justices who I know (on my sacred honor) have been sent all the evidence? Where are they?

This is precisely what happened in Nazi Germany, when, supposedly, honorable judges, who had assumed their duties prior to Adolf Hitler's assumption of power, allowed themselves to become servants of the evil Nazi Party, in order to keep their jobs. There are quite a few historical examples of lawsuits that were brought by law-abiding German men and women, between 1936 and 1942, against Adolf Hitler and his thugs, which were quickly dismissed on a basis of Hitler's sovereign, all powerful, immunity.

I wait and see if Judge Carter will be up to the task (honor) of upholding our Constitution and defending her against all enemies foreign and domestic. Judge Carter, if you are listening you may just be our Republic’s and the worlds last legal hope on this issue; please do not take that lightly. Please take it on your sacred honor!

Not that we need more proof of Pelosi and her commie loving tendencies... but we are all about truth at WhatTheFed. And someone please tell me why this woman has not been investigated as an enemy from within? All these people who edify him should be seen for exactly what they are.

Two Democratic legislators were playing solitaire on their state-issued computers Monday night during a late-night debate on the state budget, and an Associated Press photo that showed the solitaire games soon whipped around the nation on the Internet.

State Rep. Jack Hennessy, a Bridgeport Democrat and Democratic state Rep. Barbara Lambert are the "players" here!

I suppose this tells us why no one reads those pesky bills -

Three bus loads of concerned residents of White, Rabun, Towns, Lumpkin, Gilmer, Fannin, Union counties and surrounding areas including several North Carolina counties will leave in a 3 bus caravan for Washington on September 10th.

The group will carry with them stacks of petitions against Healthcare and CAP and Trade and for Fairtax and Government Stay Out of My Life Petitions to legislators.

"The group kept growing from one bus to now three because people are afraid of losing our Constitutional Rights and they are willing to stand up and speak up. Most of the people going to Washington have never been involved in anything political, but now feel they and their families are at risk of losing their freedom and liberty.This is serious business. The way things are going I expect to have over 2000members in the North Georgia and Carolina Patriots by the end of 2009, stated organizer N. Davis."

The non partisan group is from Georgia and North Carolina so they will be carrying petitions to legislators from both States. Senator Saxby Chambliss (Republican), Senator Johnny Isakson (Republican),Congressman Heath Schuler (Democrat), Senator Richard Burr (Republican),Senator Kay Hagan (Democrat) plus others.

Zeb Blanchard of Union County said, "I feel the petitions are very important as a mechanism to get the word to our legislators where we stand."

"These petitions are an urgent concern, we have to get as many signed as possible and make it clear to the congressmen and senators we are not going to stand for this nonsense any longer", said Jenny Williams of Lumpkin County.

Cheryl Stack of Hiawassee said, "Stand Up For America and Help Save Our Country by signing these petitions."

There are a few seats left on the third bus for anyone that is concerned about America and their future and cares enough to do something about it. The buses will be picking people up in Georgia counties Towns, Union, and Gilmer.

Nine Eleven is the day men and women left their homes kissing their families goodby because each of them - like the rest of us - had "somedays". Someday, I will pay off this mortgage, someday little Johnny is going to college, someday little Jane wants to be a doctor, someday my spouse and I will retire... Someday - Someday - Someday - poof

Perhaps "someday" Mr. Obama will understand that.

We will not forget and most importantly we will NOT let our children or our grandchildren forget. Our "service" on Nine Eleven is reserved for rememberance and celebration of our great Republic and the lives that were lost. We will celebrate those brave men and women who lost their own lives helping to save others, we will celebrate those brave men and women who for days following Nine Eleven volunteered their time, their money, their businesses, and some who volunteered their lives. We will celebrate and honor our military who everyday do more than 10 of us combined to keep our country great.

Mr. Obama will just have to find another day to do his radical community organizing.

Just Wondering

I “wonder” aimlessly (it seems) why more Americans do not look at the record of the government.

Most recently, we can examine Cash for Clunkers – this program began in 2009 and ended in 2009 – broke
The TARP bill was trillions of dollars in 2009 and we see that things have progressively become worse
Freddie Mac is broke – sister Fannie Mae is broke
Medicare is broke Medicaid is broke
For the last 46 years, each and every year over 1,000,000,000,000 (12 zeros is 1 trillion) is taken from citizens and distributed to the poor – somehow the “poor” rolls keep growing
Social Security is broke
The Postal Service is broke

And those are just financial failures…

We can examine some other well known but "kept to a quiet roar" failures…

The FEC is supposed to enforce the nation’s federal campaign finance laws – tell me, would anyone other than the government appoint 6 members to a committee 3 repubs & 3 dems – sounds like a lot of gridlock- I know I know… we just added 5 more members “right” – NO meaningful reform has been birthed from any committee in the Senate – somehow – magically any meaningful reform gets buried.

There has been an assertion, no – scrap the word assertion- there has been all out theft of our liberties by the Executive Branch. This power grab started many many decades ago – and at this point in time with all the czar’s (including some self avowed communists and terrorists), our stately Whitehouse is looking more like a Jihad camp run by Karl Marx.

The Census Bureau – wow – where do we even start? Well perhaps we should start at the over $600 million spent to upgrade the technology ("hand helds" - as in computers not coom bi ya). Upgrade??? Was there any technology other than paper in the last census? The "hand helds" are not even going to be used in 2010 because all that money spent “fixing” the technology (gulp), did NOT fix the technology problem – ahhhh who cares- bury it– it is just the taxpayers money. Cost estimates for the census were at $11.5 billion and just like everything else the government touches… it somehow goes up. We are now hovering at / around $14.5 billion.

Our borders are a mess. The border fence has been one government agency tripping over another (how many agencies does it really take to contract out 6000 or so miles of fence). Testifying before Congress in September, Randolph C. Hite, the GAO’s director of information technology architecture and systems, put the problem bluntly: “Important aspects of SBInet remain ambiguous and in a continued state of flux, making it unclear and uncertain what technology capabilities will be delivered and when, where, and how they will be delivered.” – wow – this is TOTALLY a government official answer to a question. I am not certain we can expect any more or any better from “agencies” when our Legislators cannot even stand tall and proud to create a cohesive plan for border security and immigration. In La-La Land (D.C.) border security and immigration is all politics (fluff) and no policy.

We should also mention Health and Human Services and their dirty little secret known as Department of Social Services, aka, Child Protective Services. What a train wreck. Most complaints against the agency are centered on the randomness of DSS action, abuse of social worker authority, and failure of judicial leadership to take responsibility – wow. Not to mention all the cases where the children DSS was supposed to protect - somehow died under their care. It has been shown that this agency operates with closed courtrooms, confidential files, and total statutory immunity. Hmmm, I do recall one Lord Acton, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. We as citizens, in our cities and states need to take a look at what is being done in the “Service and Protection of Our Children”. There are countless families who have come forward to state that the Juvenile Court is not fulfilling its role as an effective check on DSS, which should be viewed as only a party in the proceeding, with no greater standing or credibility than any other party. The court is responsible for providing the ultimate check within the system. Judges must never suspend their independent role as fact-finder and choose to “defer” any decision. And what about withholding exculpatory evidence… nah…the courts would never allow that. Would they? Nahhhh not in America. No way. Would they?

Alrighty then. This has been fun – Let’s do it again tomorrow. Together we will look at more failures inside our government and together ask ourselves "why" we would let the government take over any more plans, programs and initiatives or allow them to begin any new ones.

I predict we will have a good conversation and we will unify our voices and begin to talk about taking back all the UNconstitutional activities of our government and fortify our strategy to put the power back to where it needs to be (that would be with you and me).

I teach a Speech Communications 101 course. I have been using the textbook, per my department's advice, The Art of Public Speaking by Stephen Lucas (McGraw-Hill). This book is a $115 soft-cover, 400+ page textbook. This year, I adopted the newest 10th Edition. I didn't know who Van Jones was until watching a recent show. This is THE FIRST SECTION of the FIRST CHAPTER:

Studying journalism at the University of Tennessee at Martin, he hoped one day to report the new, not to make it. It made me sick. I wanted to take a shower after reading that! This is how students are being indoctrinated, not educated. I will no longer be using this textbook. In fact, on the ConnectLucas web site to accompany this text there is even a short video example of Van Jones speaking.


I have been teaching this course for five years now. And yesterday - on the first day of class - I gave my "1st Day General Knowledge Pop Quiz”. The first question I ask the students is: "Which rights are protected under the 1st Amendment?" Out of my 78 students this semester, only four students correctly answered the question.

I am spending the rest of this semester teaching this course by giving examples of speeches by our Founding Fathers, talking about our 1st Amendment rights, the U.S.Constitution, and by sharing meaningful, traditional speech communications history.

More Staged Healthcare Events

This was sent to me by a friend in Bozeman, MT who was there.

Hello All,

By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on.

On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date.

On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. (This is only because Bill knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside of Belgrade (tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public.

FYI: We have many areas in Belgrade and Bozeman which could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$$

During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$

Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would be handed out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the president would be arriving around 12:30 Friday.

Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a Local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm......900 tickets just DISAPPEARED. This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped in for Obama. Montana has some of the best beef in the nation!!! And it would have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think...with all of the traveling the White House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we are paying for.

On Friday Bill and I got out to the airport about 10:45am. The groups that wanted to protest Obama's spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union) members drove up onto the area (illegal)and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd.

The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals! They had bullhorns and PROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, and Planned Parenthood folks were with them.....professing abortion rights with their T-shirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks did have a permit to protest in ANOTHER area)

Those against healthcare/spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation. They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man.

So we had Montana folks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs. We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy from Texas who had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest.

If you are wondering about the press.....Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned. They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds.

We did have some local news media around us from this state and Idaho. Speaking of the local media...they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn't want anyone to have to think off the top of their head.

It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear that Montana is just crazy for Obama and government healthcare. Even those people that talked about their insurance woes........the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House asked those folks to come. Smoke and mirrors...EVERYTHING was staged!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable. I felt I was not living in the United States of America, more like the USSR!! I was physically nauseous. Bill and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country. America needs your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues. And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing to put forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imagine what is going on in Washington DC. Scary!!

Celebrating and Restoring Liberty, One Community at a Time…

In the latter part of 1765 the Sons of Liberty hung a large brass sign on an Elm tree that had stood in Boston Square for over a hundred years. The sign read “The Tree of Liberty” and there under the shade of its branches they held regular meetings to discuss the virtues of true liberty and the evils of tyranny. That grand old Elm was cut down by Loyalists in 1775 but the eternal principles it had come to symbolize had already taken root in the hearts and minds of many would be Americans.

After the Revolution was fought and won, virtually every locale in the colonies established some form of memorial to that spot in Boston that had become widely known as the “Birthplace of America”. Two hundred thirty three years later those principles of Natural Law which our Founders declared to the world are still alive and well. A reverence for their sacrifice still exists in the hearts and minds of millions of Americans. Many though, are not even conscience of the principles that constitute true liberty although they’ve spent their lives enjoying the blessings that accompany them. Whether by design or natural tendency, we as a people have become ignorant of our history and by doing so have put freedom in jeopardy.

Our political class is overrun with men and women who have no concept or understanding of the eternal principles of Natural Law. They have no moral compass, no sense of ethics and no honor. They throw the word compromise around as if it were a badge of honor.

At the National 912 Project we are proposing a long term solution for the systemic problems that threaten our nation. As long as the political class can keep us busy chasing issues and crises which they dictate and often contrive themselves, then we won’t have the time, energy or inclination to pursue and implement real and permanent solutions to the underlying problems of ignorance, corruption and plain old anti-American sentiment that now plague our governing institutions.

Our solution is quite simple. Through education, unity and election in every community across the country, one community at a time, we will re-establish the principles of Natural Law. All politics are local right? Imagine what would happen if most of the communities in your state filled their school boards with good and virtuous men and women who were well versed in and held dear the same principles on which our Constitution is based. Then each one of those school boards decided to exercise their rights under our Constitution and make their own decisions as to the curriculum they choose for their children. Whether or not they think its ok for their children to pray or say the pledge. These decisions and many more, are decisions that should be made at a local level by the people they affect the most.

Now and in the coming months we will be encouraging members of the National 912 Project all over the country to begin holding Liberty Parties in their communities to plant or designate a Liberty Tree or similar memorial and to celebrate our freedom, promote unity and to help spread the word about this simple yet effective plan to locate, educate and elect statesmen, honorable men and women to all local offices.

The original Liberty Tree was an Elm and in my opinion, any new tree memorial should be an Elm, but I have written about and compared our liberty to a mighty oak and recently have been considering a species of tree that many consider to be one of the largest organisms on earth. It’s the Aspen tree and here is an excerpt from Wikipedia.“The Aspen tree forms large stands of trees connected by a single underground root system. These trees form through root sprouts coming off an original parent tree”. America itself may be best symbolized by these Aspens. We are one large organism connected by our underground roots system…our communities.

As I read the words of our founders and then read the words those who today we have charged to represent us, I find a stark and shocking degradation of moral and virtuous standards. Our leaders speak of liberty but have no alignment with the principles of liberty.

Are we all so blind with politics and health care and bailouts and stimulus to miss the fundamental misalignment of our leaders with our Constitution and founding principles? We are all focused on the wrong issues!

Consider we as Americans have spent too much time in the pursuit of happiness and not enough time in the business of self governing, or are we all too busy or simply say “someone else will do it, I just don’t’ have time to get involved. And besides what can I do?”

I say, “Look at what we have done! Nothing!” It is we who must preserve and protect our liberty. It is our duty to this country and to all those who have bled and died for it. Our economy is healthy compared to the immoral and ill-virtuous condition of our leaders. I submit that should be our focus.

Some Context Please... Pt. 1 of 3

The Constitution was not written in disappearing ink. Our framers knew that a decentralized but democratic means of making decisions in our government would preserve the government. Most citizens today cannot talk about with certainty the articles in the Constitution, most cannot talk about the Bill of Rights. Most of us can only express outrage that the mass media has relinquished their responsibility. Yet, we find that when we talk to people their “belief” in the Constitution is absolutely present though somewhat intangible.

People equate that belief with the love of one's country. All Americans were reminded after the events of September 11, 2001 that the love of our country, that indescribable feeling is not obtained through a rational exploration but rather through emotion. Let us look together at an example. The following four Constitutional points sound good when first reading them – when reading, we as humans get an initial good feeling, a feeling of “safeness”:

1. Citizens are guaranteed freedom of conscience (that is the right to profess or not to profess any religion; the church is separated from the state and the school from the church)…

2. Citizens are guaranteed inviolability of the persons. No one may be arrested except by a court decision or on the warrant…Citizens are guaranteed inviolability of the home. No one may, without lawful grounds, enter a home against the will of those residing in it…

3. The privacy of citizens and of their correspondence, telephone conversations, and telegraphic communications, is protected by law.

4. Respect for the individual and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens are the duty of all state bodies, public organizations, and officials. Citizens have the right to protection by the courts against encroachments on their honor and reputation, life and health, personal freedom and property.

There are many more of these exact types of points that can be found. For illustration purposes and in no specific measure or order of importance, four were taken to use here. These four points or articles were taken from the Constitution of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. This Constitution is the most recent constitution and is the current governing version. It was adopted in 1977.

This illustration should demonstrate the importance of not taking words out of context. Understanding what the words mean and of course why were those words ever written to begin with. We as Americans have our suspicions about how the citizens in Russia really live and how those same citizens really want to live.

The Need To Educate

The decision to put down my republican badge came with great turmoil. I did not take it lightly nor was the decision made snap snap. From where I thought I stood – on the political right; I finally came to the painful realization that where I was standing no longer stood for individual rights, limited and enumerated government and free enterprise. I was standing amongst a platform that cloaked itself in those beliefs but acted in ways that expanded the welfare state, increased the government reach into my private affairs, and shamed me into believing that self-reliance, independence and ultimately responsibility and productiveness were better when shared. They completely bought into the “village” concept. Suddenly making everyone equal became the moral thing to do. My lack of education made way for the guilt and shame and I bought into the rhetoric - for a season.

Our great Republic was warned against the “drifting toward collectivism”. There are a number of temptations which lurk every single day around every corner that lure us to abandon our freedoms and our liberties and in return subject us to a strong federal administration.

The warnings from our Founding Fathers were strongly and clearly stated. The welfare state was one area, “If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people, under the pretense of taking care of them, they must become happy”. (Writings of Thomas Jefferson)

Confiscatory taxation and deficit spending was another warning, “… we shall all consider ourselves unauthorized to saddle posterity with our debts, and morally bound to pay them ourselves; and consequently within what may be deemed the period of a generation, or the life of the majority”. (Jefferson) It is immoral for a generation of citizens to pass on the results of extravagant living in the form of debt to the next generation of citizens.

Another warning came with the understanding that the only way for our nation to prosper was to have equal protection of “rights” and to never allow the government to become involved or in the business of providing equal distribution of “things”. With this warning came the clear call against the pooling of property as this was advocated by the proponents of communism. Samuel Adams told us that the Founders had done everything possible to make even the mere idea of socialism and communism UNconstitutional. “The utopian schemes of leveling (redistribution of wealth) and a community of goods (central ownership of the means of production and distribution), are as visionary and impractical as those which vest all property in the Crown. [These ideas] are arbitrary, despotic and in our government unconstitutional. (William Wells, The Life and Public Services of Samuel Adams)

To prevent our Republic from sliding into tyranny or anarchy, our Founders consistently advocated a strong plan of education. Education that was far reaching and could maintain an intelligent informed electorate. A system of educational communication rooted in the transference of our great body of fundamental beliefs which are based on self-evident truths. Our Founders may have “pushed and pulled” on the implementation of said fundamental beliefs but rarely (if ever even one dispute can be found), rarely disputed the final objectives or the most basic of convictions.

Benjamin Franklin stressed, “… I think with you, that nothing is of more importance for the public weal, than to form and train up youth in wisdom and virtue. Wise and good men are, in my opinion, the strength of the state; more so than riches or arms…” (Adrienne Koch, The American Enlightment). The remarkable intention of our Founders was to have all children taught reading, writing and arithmetic so that they could go on to become well informed citizens through their own consistent and diligent self-study. The fundamentals will be enough to get them started and through self-learning, individuals will become informed in a wide variety of areas.

We must educate in order to not be handed some distorted view of life and of our importance in it. Suddenly we find our views are not just our own private opinions; they become part of the public record. Alas, we have become “important”.

Without education, we believe that a daytime talk show host who goes public with her sexual preference, is brave. Without education, we believe that drugs, adultery, alcoholism or deviant behavior can all be washed away with our tearful confession on some daytime talk show. Without education, we believe that the taking away of our freedoms for “compassionate” callings is noble and moral. Without education, we believe that private ownership of business or property with a government body – any government body is a free-market protection. Without education, we see no connection between what we do and the results of what we do.

We are this country. We are its future. It may look dark and unsolvable at times but WITH education we will form an unbreakable bond of unity. The power is here with each one of us. In our communities and in our families when we commit to education and learning – the truth becomes vested in us and through that vesting we become whole. Our unalienable rights become clear and so does tyranny.

Is this what we really want?

This goes WAY beyond a red pill or a blue pill.

Our federal actors are coming home from LaLa Land and will be “so very excited” and no doubt prepared to meet with constituents at home. We must also be prepared.

Remember, the role of government, the role of the great REPUBLIC - The United States of America, is to protect our unalienable rights - not provide equal things to all. Leveling is morally and justly wrong.



PG 22 of the Health Care Bill MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self-insure.

PG 30 Sec 123- THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.

PG 29 lines 4-16 - YOUR HEALTH CARE IS RATIONED.

PG 42 - The “Health Choices Commissioner” will choose your Health care Benefits for you. You have no choice.

PG 50 Section 152- Health care will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.

PG 53- Severability (ahhh haaaaa)“If any provision of the Act, or any application of such provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the provisions of this Act and the application of the provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected.”

PG 58 - Govt will have real-time access to individual’s finances & a National ID Health card will be issued.

PG 59 lines 21-24- Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.

PG 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in Unions & community organizations (ACORN).

PG 72 Lines 8-14 Govt is creating an Health care Exchange to bring private Health care plans under Govt control.

PG 84 Sec 203 - Govt mandates ALL benefit packages for private Health care plans in the Exchange.

PG 91 Lines 4-7- Govt mandates linguistic appropriate services. Example: Translation for illegal aliens

PG 95 Lines 8-18 The Govt will use groups i.e., ACORN & Americorps to sign up individuals for Govt Health care plan.

PG 85 Line 7 - Specs of Benefit Levels For Plans. AARP members- Your Health care WILL be rationed

PG 102 Lines 12-18- Medicaid-Eligible Individual will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid. No choice.

PG 253 Line 10-18 Govt sets value of Doctor's time, professional judgment, etc. Literally sets the value of humans.

PG 268 Sec 1141- Fed Govt regulates rental & purchase of power driven wheelchairs.

PG 272 SEC. 1145- TREATMENT OF CERTAIN CANCER HOSPITALS - Cancer patients - welcome to rationing!

PG 280 Sec 1151- The Govt will penalize hospitals for what Govt deems “preventable re-admissions.”

PG 298 Lines 9-11- Doctors, treat a patient during initial admission that results in a readmission? Govt will penalize you.

PG 317 L 13-20-PROHIBITION on ownership/investment. Govt tells Doctors what and how much they can own. (Seriously)

PG 317-318 lines 21-25,1-3: PROHIBITION on expansion- Govt is mandating hospitals cannot expand.

PG 321 2-13: Hospitals have opportunity to apply for exception BUT community input required.

PG 335 Lines 16-25, Pg 336-339 - Govt mandates establishment of outcome based measures. Health care the way they want. Rationing.

PG 341 Lines 3-9: Govt has authority to disqualify Medicare Adv Plans, HMOs, etc. Forcing people into Govt plan

PG 354 Sec 1177 - Govt will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs people.

PG 379 Sec 1191- Govt creates more bureaucracy - “Telehealth Advisory Committee.”

PG 429 Lines 1-9: An “advanced care planning consult” will be used frequently as patients health deteriorates

PG 429 Lines 10-12: “advanced care consultation” may include an ORDER for end of life plans. AN ORDER from the Government.

PG 429 Lines 13-25 - The govt will specify which Doctors can write an end of life order.

PG 430 Lines 11-15- The Govt will decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life.

PG 469 - Community Based Home Medical Services = Non profit organizations. Hello, ACORN Medical Services here?????

PG 472 Lines 14-17: PAYMENT TO COMMUNITY-BASED ORG. 1 monthly payment to a community-based org. Like ACORN?

PG 489 Sec 1308: The Govt will cover Marriage & Family therapy.

PG 494-498: Govt will cover Mental Health Services including defining, creating, rationing those services.”

Get ready. Labor leaders and other administration allies told POLITICO that they’re gearing up to spend millions on television advertisements and grass-roots organizing. And, judging by spending already reported by some of these groups, they are off to an impressive start.

Don't be fooled. Learn more about the health care bill. The more we know, the more certain it is that this would be the absolutely wrong way to reform health care.

Americans need to make Congress reform in a way that helps consumers, not give the government more power!
