Freedom vs The Empire

As an American body we have been demoralized and paralyzed.  We The People started it – decades of expediency at the expense of principle has created apathy, dependence, bureaucracy, educational indoctrination, and national arrogance.

Our dependence upon federal programs and their federal experts, compliant large corporations, and even large churches (who must protect their IRS tax status) We The People no longer know the truth to speak.  We have given up our right to be our own expert – we have handed the "expert" all the power in the areas of (not an exhaustive listing):

Ø  food (now mostly modified and controlled),

Ø  clothing (now mostly made outside of our borders),

Ø  security (touching children and elderly getting on planes, allowing jihad within our own boundaries, not securing borders – all provide a patently false sense of security)

Ø  benefits (private enterprise sent to the gulag – leveling in effect)

Ø  health (panels of people chosen by the elites get to decide what is worth the price and our privacy is all but gone, medications are regulated to the point of shortages)

Ø  and education (our posterity no longer learns the real history and cannot read and write and perform simple math – cultural Marxism has creeped into our classrooms and all that takes place is indoctrination).

Politicians on both sides of the aisle protect and support government that is:

We are witnessing our government in a battle with the economy – the economy THEY created and wanted to create.  We are living the results of that battle.  There is an attack on our laws, our constitution, our families, our communities, our religions, our businesses (capitalism) by a noose tightening and very oppressive government.  The media is compliant as they have been given a seat at the meritocratic and aristocratic table.

In Eclogues Publius Vergilius Maro (call him Vergil) made very sufficient warnings to the free Romans that an empire was coming.  The free Romans were listening, however, their solutions were not adequate. 

It is always easy to arm chair quarterback especially centuries later as so much history has been displayed.  I am going to arm chair quarterback now – top down solutions where We The lowly People are "determined to change" the leadership through replacement strategies are not enough.  For this solution to work, We The lowly People MUST assume that those in power are going to voluntarily give up the money, power and prestige.  You know the sayings, "if they are in-they are out", "we can replace them, vote them out- year by year".  Well folks – I hate to be the bearer of some really bad news today – but

N-E-V-E-R

in history has that occurred.   NEVER in history has an oppressive government given up or ceded power NEVER has an oppressive government worked though a list of demands.  We The People must take our power back.  We must bring back and usher in FREEDOM.

We must continue in our freedom movement  and march on Washington or our local capitals, we must continue our activism, however, our movement requires something more from each of us.

It starts with looking around your neighborhood.  Meet your neighbors, talk and plan with them.  Drive to the LOCAL businesses, talk with and purchase from them – Leave the big box.  Yes, I realize the economies of scale make that next to impossible – but make a decision to do more with less.  Plant your own garden – gardening was once a foundation to our health – the diminishment of gardening and the diminishment of heath cannot be a coincidence. Store water- be prepared yourself, so that you may be an example and help others.  Share books- we do not have to support the big box Amazon and B&N.  Shop local – your local book retailer may not have this exact day the book you desire – but I bet they can get it to you within a day or two.  Give voice to our values.

If at all possible, school children outside of the establishment.  What if you could educate your children better with the best resources sent directly into your home – what if you were in control of the experiences of your children and your beliefs could be freely discussed and promoted.  For two hundred years in our American history, from the mid-1600s to the mid-1800s, public schools as we know them today were virtually non-existent, and the educational needs of America were met by the free market. In these two centuries, America produced several generations of highly skilled and literate men and women who laid the foundation for a nation dedicated to the principles of freedom and self-government.  Children were schooled at home, private school, church, voluntary associations such as library companies and philosophical societies, circulating libraries, apprenticeships, and private study.  In 1776, instruction was offered in Latin, Greek, mathematics, surveying, navigation, accounting, bookkeeping, science, English, and contemporary foreign languages.  Incompetent and inefficient teachers were soon eliminated, since they were not subsidized by the State or protected by a guild or union. Teachers who satisfied their customers by providing good services prospered – imagine teachers as entrepreneurs!  Resonate over all the options and choices we COULD have today – if we would just seize them!

What if entrepreneurship became popular again.  As a former self employed professional in the financial services arena, I was constantly interacting with "owners" and "renters" in the career market.   I had the privilege of taking those who were owners but happened to be renting out of necessity – I had the privilege of teaching them how to leave with their self esteem and self image intact and find their own freedom.   Over 65% of the people I knew in 2001 told me stories of how they were fired for making too much money, being too ambitious or rubbing the wrong person in the wrong way!   Most corporations use your ambition, intellect, energy and productive years – then in a wash – you are gone.  And you discover that loyalty is a one-way street.  An entrepreneur is an agent of change. Entrepreneurship is the process of discovering new ways of combining resources.  Let us deal with one of the most common myths of entrepreneurship:  Most entrepreneurs are successful financially…  Entrepreneurship creates a lot of wealth, but depending on a variety of factors, it is somewhat unevenly distributed. The typical profit of an owner-managed business is $43,000 per year. Only the top ten percent of entrepreneurs earn more money than employees. And the typical entrepreneur earns less money than he otherwise would have earned working for someone else.  The object, the reason, why people risk all is FREEDOM.  To work for oneself. To be the responsible one.  To provide.  To Be Free!  Freedom flourishes, freedom rises when people are independent and as self sufficient as possible.

We The People as individuals and partners, families and teams must identify what is needed in their own lives and our own communities and just deliver.  If real and effective change is to come and most importantly stay, it is going to be started by We The People in our own communities.  We are going to fail – of course we are and we should seek it out.  We will become wise risk-takers who understand and are capable of maintaining freedom in our society.  We will be teaching this to the younger generations in our families, groups and teams within our communities and if we do this correctly throughout our great Republic.

REVOCATION AND ABOLISHMENT

WE THE PEOPLE, of the United States of America, come together, as one body and one voice, bearing the ultimate authority and power, vested in us by Constitutional laws, over all Federal and State Governments and their respective Departments and agencies, to protect ourselves, each other, our States, the Constitution and this Nation against abuses of powers, tyranny, absolute despotism, debauchery, encroachments and subversion of our Constitution by the Executive, majority in the Legislative between 2004 and 2011 and the judiciary branches within the Federal Government of the United States of America. Our founding fathers found it necessary to bind the people and the Constitution together, so that one may protect the other, then both protect the country. Anyone, including law enforcement and military personnel, who interferes, or attempts to interfere, with this declaration and the execution thereof, or harass/harm those who support it, shall be charged with Treason and Obstruction of Justice, as this document and its contents are legal, binding and for the purpose of restoring our fallen Government. The same Constitution that gives the people the ultimate executive authority and power over all conflicting and/or corrupt Governments, extends that authority over the Justice Department and its branches, the Department of Defense and its branches and the Court system, from the lowest to the highest.

Hereinafter, all references to the Constitution and its laws, will include, but not be limited to, the Federalist Papers, The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. We, the legal and sovereign people, have a legal duty that was willed to us to protect and maintain Constitutional laws which protect our rights and liberties and to enforce those laws diligently. Therefore, in accordance with the republic form of Checks and Balances, proceed to honor our duty in the repossession, recovery and balancing of our Governments. Only those among the people, with the abilities to discern between what is just and unjust, have the ultimate reasoning and discernment required to satisfy those laws of abolishment against those that are destructive to our liberties, rights and societies, in accordance with the original Constitutional laws. Let it be known that, it is a treasonous and seditious act to plot an overthrow of government that governs justly and within Constitutional laws. However, whenever a government is breached by tyranny, absolute despotism and corrupt officials who violate the Constitution and the tranquility, rights, liberties and pursuit of happiness of the people, while committing Federal crimes, it is NOT treasonous nor sedition to remove those in violations from the people's government. It is a duty, per the Constitution, to do so, as the people were given authority to enforce Constitutional laws whenever our governments run afoul of them. Way before the Sedition Act, our founders provided relief for the people oppressed and abused by our governments and, as our last resort and final decision, activate our rights and duties accordingly. The people rebuke any charges of sedition and treason against us by the Federal Government and declare that any such action against the people of these United States would be a direct abridgement of the Constitution.

Our Governments, Federal and States, were not built as a Democracy, but a Republic. Under a Democracy, the majority's power is absolute and unlimited. Its decisions are unappealable under the legal system, opening the door to unlimited Tyranny-by-Majority, as, the majority rules. Democracy is collective opinions and ideals from the hearts and minds of people. Our founders warned against this type of Government. Our Governing system was wisely built as a Republic, which controls the majority strictly, as well as all others among the people, primarily to protect the individual's God-given, unalienable natural rights and therefore for the protection of the rights of the minority, of all minorities, and the liberties of people in general. The definition of a Republic is a constitutionally limited government of the representative type, created by a written Constitution--adopted by the people and changeable (from its original meaning) by them only by its amendment--with its powers divided between three separate Branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. It is a rule, not by people, but by law. We have democracy in our voting society. But, regardless of its applications and the several factions among the people, democracy must always be tempered by the Republic. Otherwise, tyranny and anarchy enters. An issue cannot be validated simply by a majority's agreement. It must first be validated by Constitutional law and then processed by majority. Therefore, the Republic tames democracy so that justice prevails. Our Constitution's foundation was laid upon the solid rock of the Republic, for our founders recognized that mankind was flawed and had need of guidance, constraint, discipline and law.

From the Declaration of Independence, "When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

This nation was built solely for the purpose of protecting those rights, liberties and securities with free States and free people. The States and the people created the Federal Government and we bear witness to its many abuses. Although no Government can create inherent rights, government has a Constitutional and chartered duty to protect them. James Madison stated; "States and Federal Governments are mere agents and trustees of the people, constituted with different powers and designed for different purposes." Whereas, the people and their States can govern and function without a central government in its tyranny, the central , however, cannot function at all without the people. But this Federal Government has been illegally promoted as a hierarchy above the people and States, by those who have also promoted themselves above the Constitution, creating usurpation's. Again, James Madison made the following statement; "The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed or elected, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." Irrefutably, our Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches were in the same hands, which have created tyranny and absolute despotism, violating Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances Laws. It has long been written in our Constitutional laws that, no person shall rule over another; inasmuch, we are all equal, and fall under the same laws of the land, those who govern and those who are governed, and are subjects of the same consequences. The people do attest that, noone is above the law. But our Federal Government has not been governing. Instead, those in tyranny and absolute despotism are overstepping their legal authorities and limited powers by dictating. This is a violation of our republic, the constitution and the people. Let the world know where we, the American people, do stand in our quest for justice which this mirage of a Government, has repeatedly obstructed.

Be it known, that any treaty, or other laws, that are signed and which are contrary to the Constitution, is null and void. Treaties, which normally take precedence over the constitution, unless Congress or States vote against, are never meant to trump its laws. In reasoning, the U.S. Constitution, the supreme law of the land, cannot, even by amendments, create an instrument, such as a treaty, that supersede its own laws, nor mandate that treaties be supreme and illegal. Such treaties cannot encroach on the peoples' liberties, nor misappropriate public funds. It cannot give this nation's classified information to other countries, nor to the United Nations. The United States of America is a sovereign nation, and, the people are a sovereign people. Treaties cannot give any type of U.S. controlled regulations, materials or ownership to any country or agent of countries. The United Nations shall not dictate, through any treaty, America's legal, civil, economic, social or cultural societies and resources whatsoever. Noone has the legal authority to present, vote on or sign such unconstitutional treaties. It is unnecessary and foolish for the United States to enter into a treaty of weapons reduction with other countries while mutual enemies build up weapons of mass destruction, rendering the entreatied countries less defended against heavier weapons-possessed countries. Our allies should be warned that peace treaties with each other would suffice while our combined defenses should be sufficiently strengthened in restraining danger to our respective countries and the whole world. If a peace treaty can be breached, as many have, then how much more would a treaty to reduce nuclear weapons be ignored by those countries wishing the rest harm? No country, except those who plot to encroach and attack others, should be asked to disarm themselves, leaving them helpless. Every non-hostile country has a right to defend itself against hostile enemies by any means necessary to subdue. A treaty that would commit to any of these would be an abomination, unconscienable and a violation of the Constitution itself, as well as the laws of nature, being that the nature of the human spirit would suffer under such commitment. Therefore, the United States of America shall never cede its sovereignty, ownership, classified information or defense weapons to any foreign nation or agent of foreign nations, nor its funds for unconscienable projects.

It is of prima facie evidence and a common-knowledge, irrefutable truth that, the Executive, the majority of the 111th Congress and Judiciary branches in our Federal, and some State, Governments, having no restraint with their offenses against the people, the Constitution and this Nation, have created tyranny, absolute despotism and a Totalitarian fascist form of Government, by a peculiar group of power-frenzied people within our Governments, whose ideologies are contrary to our Constitutional principles, values and laws, and have committed other crimes that are repulsive, unconscionable and Anti-American. Totalitarianism is a dictatorial form of Government which regulates, controls and manipulates every aspect of state, federal and private behavior, by maintaining themselves in political power by ideology and propaganda through the state-controlled mass-media; it is a single party that controls the state and/or Federal Government and the people, with personality cults, such as narcissism; it takes total control over the economy, regulates and restricts free discussion and criticism. This form demands total control of the Governments, their finances, commerce, healthcare system, Justice Departments, Defense Department, energy systems, utilities, police/law enforcement, court systems, transportation, education, the people, etc...the whole infrastructure within a country. We have witnessed these behaviors of a dictatorial Totalitarianism in President Obama, the majority of Congress, Department Heads he appointed, who are in concert with his agendas, the many illegal 'czars' who report only to him, Federal Judges, the Justice Department, liberal media and State officials. We have witnessed them overstepping their limited authorities and powers, dictate strategies to the private sectors of our infrastructures. Obama has dictated to the courts and dictates to the Justice Department, along with other Departments. Governmental Departments have a duty to refuse unlawful orders and encroachments by the three branches and other departments, though they allowed it--having separate powers and functions--they did not refuse the illegal encroachment on their respective branches and Departments, but instead, abused their positions and became one with the Executive and majority of Legislature in tyranny, absolute despotism and Totalitarianism, as conspired. The Federal Government has no legal authority to dictate to, or control, the people. However, the people, individually or collectively, has the ultimate authority and power to control and regulate the Government.

President Obama and Attorney General Holder have degraded publicly the State of Arizona for enforcing Federal Illegal Immigration Laws. Arizona is the only State at present to adhere to Federal law concerning illegal entry across our borders and, has been unjustly criticized by Obama and Holder, who admitted they had not even read Arizona's law, which was enacted because the Federal Government has neglected to protect the people in the border States and, ultimately, throughout the nation.

These acts by the Federal Government are unconscionable, illegal and a breach of safety and security for all of America. The Federal Government has breached the United States Constitution, Article IV section 4 " The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence." Illegal immigration is a foreign invasion on the States, which the Federal Government is required by law, to protect. Also, many illegal immigrants have committed domestic violence against legal citizens.

Those States have a duty to protect their citizens and their State's Rights by refusing to allow illegal immigration. Obama and Holder have shown contempt and disdain for Federal and State laws and encourage those laws to be broken, thereby inciting crime. The Federal Government has no authority to refuse to enforce its own laws to protect this country, then later use those same laws as a crutch to cry Federal Authority over States. The Federal Government's authority over States are limited and must be absent its own violation of the Constitution. The Federal Government did violate the security and safety protections of the Unites States by refusing to prevent foreign encroachments into the border States and, ultimately, throughout our nation. Instead, the Federal Government encouraged and incited criminal behavior of illegal entry into our Nation. Many States have the same laws in place making illegal immigration a crime, including California, yet, California and other States have enjoined to incite illegal immigration which are violations of Federal law. President Obama and A.G. Holder also violated the Separation of Powers by encroaching on sovereign States who apply the 10th Amendment of the Constitution. Therefore, those against Federal and State illegal immigration laws show contempt and disdain for the protective laws of this country and its legal citizens and are unfit for public office. We the people of these United States overwhelmingly support and salute Arizona Governor Jan Brewer for protecting her State and the people therein. From now on, the U.S. Government shall enforce its laws and protect this nation against foreign encroachments and invasions as our Constitution has ordered.

Certain democrats in 2004 refused to acknowledge that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, had been illegally altering their accounting books, and did refuse to investigate and regulate the housing markets, though certain republicans, including President Bush, warned they were needed. Four years later when Fannie and Freddie collapsed, bringing down the other markets, Nancy Pelosi, majority House speaker, blamed the republicans, even calling for investigations of the Republicans, even though video shows that it was those democrats who refused to investigate, regulate and correct the problem.

Our President exhibits traits of a dictator instead of governor of this country. Our Legislators make illegal laws while breaking legal ones. Our Justice Department has done nothing to bring Justice to the people while breaking laws. Our Judges legislate from the bench when they are only supposed to interpret established laws and reject laws that are unconstitutional. Our Homeland Security has renamed terrorists 'man-made disasters' while referring to the American People, who criticize the illegal form of Government, 'terrorists.' Our Federal court Judges have committed malfeasance and dereliction of duty by dismissing a high security matter when the eligibility case of Barack Obama to the Presidency, was presented. We, the people, have no trust in our Governments. Our rights, liberties and sense of security are violated repeatedly. We have been robbed, abused, made divided. They taunt and mock us, calling us derogatory names They have built a hierarchy of ruling and controlling the people, by controlling our resources and assets. They have hijacked our Government and our country. They, being corrupt, have corrupted the very foundation of the Government and all systems within. They are lawless and have contempt and disdain for Constitutional laws in their frenzied lust of greed, power and control.

Each State has a duty by uniting together for the common safety and welfare for themselves, their people, the Constitution and the country as a whole. They have a duty, per Constitutional laws, to reject all unlawful orders and laws, regardless of personal opinions and politic. The people, within their States, have every right, liberty and duty to correct improprieties that endanger their lives, liberties, societies and happiness. The people have a right and duty to correct the role of all schools The people must protect the children, for they are the future of this country. The States' Department of Education, from this day forward, must revert back to their original functions and purpose of teaching only academics, including the founding of this country, and programs that promote positive and healthy issues that are age-appropriate. They must drop all other programs that promote social indoctrinations, radicalism, propaganda's and controversial subjects that are not proven. Teachers must be held accountable for what they teach the children in their charge. It is the people, not school boards, who have the right to raise their own children as they deem fit without interference by indoctrination into liberalism. If the people do not believe in evolution being taught to their children, the people have a right to defund evolution studies. Science is the study of things already in existence and cannot determine how or when everything came into existence before anything did come into existence. It reeks of the same falsehood deception of global warming. It is unconstitutional and child abuse for children to be indoctrinated by radical junk within the school systems and given false information. There is no room or place for junk education within the innocent minds of our youth, for it is destructive to the childrens' welfare and detains natural development. We also have a duty to safeguard ourselves, while at the same time, support our States when they govern rightly and justly. It reasons that, while the States are meant to protect the people, in turn, the people must protect the States which they cling to. To all States in the Union; protect yourselves and your people from foreign and domestic encroachments. If you have not done so, publicly declare your sovereignty now for the future. You have unlimited and separate powers from the central Government, therefore, you must exercise those rights. Otherwise, your people will rise up against you in rebuke, and if you are one of those States which have abused its people's rights and followed after tyranny with the Federal government, your people bear the right and duty to dismiss each official in his/her corruption and bring corruption charges and impeachment, accordingly. If you cannot protect yourselves and your people against domestic encroachments, how will you survive foreign invasions? But all States must bond together like a strong dam against the overreaching ambitions of the Federal Government and its destructive actions toward liberties and freedoms. Likewise, the Federal Government's duty is to protect the people against State encroachments also, for therein lies the double security the people require. The people, then, bear the duty to protect all Governments from each other. This is the nature of checks and balances of powers which encourage peace and order throughout the nation.

Thomas Jefferson made the following observations; 1. "When the Government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the Government, there is tyranny." #2. “The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.” #3. “ To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” And, #4. "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take away everything you have."

The people have been left without voices, without means of addressing and redress of the illegal actions within our Federal, and some State, Governments, for our access has been blocked by those whose crimes we seek to address. Our Country and its people are abused in the nature of evil. Our Government buildings and resources are used to conspire in organized crime. We have only one last course of action to protect ourselves and this country, and that is to assert our authorities and take our rightful and legal control. Not as an angry mob, storming the Government buildings, for we have no right to jeopardize peace, order and safety. Instead, we call upon the military, with use of our States' National Guard units and States' citizen militias, well trained and commissioned into aiding the people execute these legal orders, and, if necessary, to escort those in violations from the people's Government buildings. As our Constitution has protected this country and its people for over 200 years, we, the people, are duty bound to protect that Constitution. From the words of Abraham Lincoln, "This country with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it.”

In ruling on the 2nd amendment, four U.S. Supreme Court Justices voted against the people's inalienable right to keep and bear arms, which is for the protection against encroachments on life, liberty and property, and by so voting against this fundamental Constitutional Amendment, and for voting to give aid and comfort to enemies (known terrorists) of the United States, violated the Constitutional laws and the people. Therefore, those United States Supreme Court Justices, John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor, having no regard to the Constitutional laws and the rights of the people and having shown contempt of the law, shall be impeached.

Barack Obama shall be investigated thoroughly for having no proper credentials of birthplace required for the Presidency of the United States; for the deliberate purpose of spending public funds by the $Trillions on illegal and worthless projects which are destructive to our liberties and economy; for using those he appointed to the many departments in spreading propaganda that promoted communism and anti-capitalist rhetoric; for repeatedly and illegally overstepping limited powers and authorities, encroaching on the private sectors of commerce, financial institutions, States' Rights and the people; for conspiring in secret where the people have no knowledge of what is transpiring, where illegal deals and bills are forced into laws that are contrary to the people's safety, rights, liberties, happiness and the Constitution itself. Non-partisan double Investigations shall commence, without interruption or dismissal, against Barack Obama II for treason, usurpation, extortion, fraud, acting without legal authority, asserting personal will against Constitutional laws, inciting criminal behavior in breaching Federal Laws and endangering the safety and welfare of these United States, the people and our republic; for violating the oath of the Presidency of America in upholding Constitutional laws and protecting this country and its people. Majority of the 111th Congress shall be investigated for treason, usurpation, inciting criminal behavior in breaching Federal laws, legislating illegal laws, violating Checks and Balances Laws, fraud, briberies, extortions, violating the oaths of office to uphold Constitutional laws, acting without legal authority, asserting personal will against Constitutional laws and endangering the safety and welfare of these United States, the people and our republic.

Be it known that, the United States of America has three separate powers which are designed to keep each other in check to balance the powers of each. These are, the Federal, the respective States and, the People. The central Government is Federal and National. Each State is local Government to the people in it's residency. But united, they are National. The people are local within their respective States, but united, we are a National people. The people have the ultimate authority and power to settle conflicts between States and Federal disputes, settle conflicts of encroachments of the several departments and to settle encroachments on the people by tyranny and absolute despotism. From James Madison, in Federalist Paper # 49; "The people are the only legitimate fountain of power, and it is from them that the Constitutional charter, under which the several branches of government hold their power, is derived, it seems strictly consonant to the republican theory, to recur to the same original authority, not only whenever it may be necessary to enlarge, diminish, or new-model the powers of the government, but also whenever any one of the departments may commit encroachments on the chartered authorities of the others. The several departments being perfectly coordinate by the terms of their common commission, none of them, it is evident, can pretend to an exclusive or superior right of settling boundaries between their respective powers; and how are the encroachments of the stronger to be prevented, or the wrongs of the weaker to be redressed, without an appeal to the people themselves, who, as the grantors of the commission, can alone declare its true meaning and enforce its observance? There is certainly great force in the reasoning and it must be allowed to prove that a Constitutional road to the decision of the people ought to be marked out and kept open for certain great and extraordinary occasions."

The following will please take notice; President Barack Obama; Vice President Joe Biden; Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder; ALL members of the Obama Administration and ALL those appointed by Barack Obama to the several Departments of our Governments, except Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, who will have sole discretion on personnel in his Department; All Federal court Judges who dismissed the eligibility case against Barack Obama, thus, potentially endangering the welfare of this country and leaving open the possibility of infiltration now, and setting precedence for future infiltrations, for following after tyranny in his protection, for malfeaseance and dereliction of legal duty to the Constitution and the people; All members of Congress who voted against investigating, regulating and correcting the illegal activities within the housing markets, turning a knowing blind eye from those practices to protect them, thus, partly causing the financial crash that ensued; All members of the 111th Congress who voted in favor of the illegal takeover of healthcare, thus violating the Constitution; Who offered and/or accepted, bribes for votes, and any other persons discovered during the course of the mass investigations now pending and hereafter executed; you are all advised, that in accordance to Constitutional duty, since you have been negligent and criminal in yours, ours is to correct an injustice done by you, including endangering the safety and welfare of these United States of America, the people, the Constitution, our infrastructure and our republic. You have brought mass injuries to the people of these United States whose trust you have betrayed. You have repeatedly violated the oaths you swore by in your duties and grossly abused your powers. You are traitors to this country and have destroyed much in your capacity. You have robbed and defrauded the American people whom you were elected to protect. You have reduced the people's liberties, rights and happiness through absolute despotism, tyranny and illegally changing our form of Government. You have repeatedly committed abridgements of the Constitution. You have tainted Governments and have perverted justice. You have subverted our Constitution. You have brought shame and disgrace to this Nation by corruption and greed. Article II, section 4 of the Constitution reads; "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." Therefore;

It is decreed, with public outcry, and by virtue of the executive authority and duty vested in us, the American people, by our Constitution and its laws, that we declare your authorities, powers, positions and titles revoked immediately. It is declared that the illegal form of Totalitarian Government, which you have illegally created and maintained, is hereby, abolished. You are hereby proclaimed to be without power and authority. You are banned from Government employment and from any association of any Government entity where you may influence and thus, pervert. You are subject to investigations, arrests and, accordingly, prosecution, for your crimes against this Nation, it's laws, the people, our government and our republic. You have slipped through the slippery fingers of the Justice Department and the courts, but the hands of the people are stronger. You have 3 days after this order to collect your personal property and vacate the people's Government buildings, no later than 5 PM on the 3rd day. If you choose to ignore this order by the people, you will be escorted out by our States' National Guard Units and/or, trained Citizens' Militia, both having Constitutional duty to aid and protect the people but, will also be charged with the duty to ensure your safety and well-being during escort. In any event, the people pledge not to storm our government buildings, for this would create a safety and security hazard which shall be avoided. But as a last resort, in the absence of aid and protection from our States' National Guards and Citizens' Militia, if we, the people, must peacefully and in an organized manner, enter those offices and escort those in violations out, then those people bear duty to ensure the safety and well-being of those during escort. We are a Nation of laws and those laws are for the people to adhere to as much as for those in our public offices.

Therefore, We, the People, of these United States, hereby declare our sovereignty and ultimate authority and power over our government in its repossession in order to restore it to its original and limited purpose of which our Constitution ordered. We, the people, shall relinquish our control and possession after order is restored and our government can govern the people according to Constitutional laws as a limited entity within its own scope and without further encroachments. The people pledge not to physically overtake our Federal Government, IF we have aid from the military in escorting the violators from all Government buildings, but merely to ensure compliance of Constitutional laws in its rebuilding, healing and future. There will be more positions within the several departments vacated than replaced. May the people be warned, that we have no right to institute any government on personal whims, nor that are contrary to our Constitutional laws, lest we become that which we have purged in our own quest for power. That is why we elect our Representatives, taking our voices to the nation. We pledge to be fair and prudent, to recover from such destructive and illegal activities within our Government. From this day forward, the people, States' and Federal governments must work together as our founders prescribed, for uniting the three forces will strengthen this country and allow the Constitutional laws to work uninhibited and justly, while ensuring that corruption and crimes never enter our Governments again and lay roots. The people demand that the ethics committee in our government do it's duty more properly and aggressively to investigate crimes within our Government as well as our Justice Department and Court systems. We reserve the right to establish THE PEOPLE'S RESOLUTION OF LAWS AND ISSUES, detailing current laws that are constitutionally questionable--giving the people ample access to show cause--and issues that the people, Congress and Supreme Court should discuss, ponder and resolve, in accordance with the Constitution. Issues must be taken into account by all three powers; Federal, State and the people, and discussed in detail at a later date.

All public servants under normal command of those whose authorities and powers have been revoked, are hereby absolved from obeying any orders from them. Beware, that any military or law enforcement personnel who obeys any order from anyone having no more powers nor authority to give them, their powers, positions and authorities having been revoked, shall be charged with obeying unlawful orders, Treason and Obstruction of Justice, for the people are within rightful and legal repossession of our Government to restore order therein, to guard our mutual safety, security, liberties, infrastructures, finances, livelihoods and the Constitution against further encroachments and, in restoring our government back to its original intent. Beware, to protect our common rights and liberties, our founders left the people legal defense against Federal and State military encroachments against us by the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms AND the right and duty to form and utilize Citizens' Trained Militia, which our founders calculated to outweigh, both in numbers and legalities, all encroaching Federal and State Military personnel. However, both Federal and State military personnel also have the right and Constitutional duty to aid, protect and join the people against Federal and State encroachments.

Any military personnel facing court-martial for disobeying orders from then-President Obama, was within rightful and legal position to question his eligibility, therefore must be relieved of all charges brought, and redeemed. No record of any charges related to disobeying orders by Obama shall be maintained, but destroyed immediately.

All States, bearing duty and observance under Federal Constitutional laws, are absolved from obeying illegal Federal laws and encroachments created by those within the Federal Government whose authorities, powers, positions and titles are revoked, and any other illegal mandate created by them and those before them. Your loyalty is demanded by the people you serve, not the Federal Government in its tyranny. States retain their legal and rightful sovereignty and separate powers so that they may govern justly the people within their jurisdiction. States bear a right and duty to throw off such mandates that have crept in throughout the decades that are not constitutional and to free themselves and the people of unnecessary Federal encroachments, now and forever. The States, and/or, the people, have the right to abolish any and all laws that are unconstitutional and make amendments accordingly. The people in the States whose Attorney Generals or Governors refused to abide by the Constitution and join the other States in a lawsuit against Federal encroachments and other Constitutional violations, have a right and duty to impeach those Attorney Generals and/or Governors for Obstruction of Justice, following the Federal Government into tyranny, dereliction of duty to the people and subversion of our constitution.

There shall be no material, flags or any more promotion of communism, fascism, socialism, Totalitarianism, Nazism, Marxism or any pictures of such dictators and terrorists in the people's public offices, from the highest to the lowest, as this country and its Governments are solely republic and our society, capitalist. No person shall hold any public office who promotes any position contrary to our Republic and Capitalist society. All public offices belong to the people and this order shall be enforced.

Those who were terminated under then-President Obama, who did their duties justly and fairly, without corrupt influence, but was terminated wrongfully at whim, may reapply for their positions, as they have been unjustly, for corrupt political reasons, let go.

Never shall the people's access of redress be hindered again. Never shall courts dismiss eligibility cases of Presidents, or potential Presidents, again. The Federal Government shall revert back to its intent on governing only by that which is constitutionally within the limited scope of its authorities. It shall forever be restrained from abuse of powers so that it may govern the people according to Constitutional laws rather than ideologies. It shall downsize and shed programs and agencies that are not necessary in this day of recession and shall reform financially. Both Federal and State governments shall function within its means and wean from dependence of taxpayers' income, for the abolishment of the illegal Income Tax and Federal Reserve Acts are forthcoming, with a window of a tentative 3-4 year phase-out transition to be underway.

Be it known that the following secret society groups should never be given any more sensitive information about our infrastructure, assets and finances, for they have purposed to obtain information on the infrastructures and finances of all countries so that they may bring all Governments together as a one world government, and to control all governments, much like the illuminati in the 1700s. You may read about them on their websites. Those groups are; the Bilderberg group and the Trilateral Commission.

From hereafter, we, the people, must never let our sovereignty be jeopardized again, but must stay diligent in safeguarding what is precious and dear to us. Should the people in the future be faced with such an atrocity, not for light or temporary causes, nor for mere disagreements, but for Government encroachments and in self-defense, may they refer to this Declaration and THE PEOPLE'S RESOLUTION OF LAWS AND ISSUES as their warrant and, likewise, assert their authority to save the country and themselves.

We, the people, proclaim, that, this country was built as a Republic, meaning, through LAWS, and shall never change. This country was founded on Biblical principles and values, though tolerant of all faiths and beliefs, that shall never change. Our Commerce was built on Capitalism and that form shall never change, so say the people.

This day may be observed Nationally and annually, by those among the people who agree with it, so that future generations may learn, and observe, the importance of safeguarding their freedoms and liberties.

Let the world observe, and let our future generations learn, that as long as there is a will in the people to never allow their rights and freedoms to falter, there is a way for Justice and happiness for all. As long as we stand united, these States shall never fall. We, the sovereign people, having decreed our decision and, in agreement, do pledge our honor, support and faith in the execution of this document, legal and binding, as prescribed by our Constitution. This Declaration is dedicated to our founding fathers, the signers of the Declaration of Independence and to all those who served to protect our liberties and freedoms; past, present and future. May God have mercy on us all and bless the United States of America and her allies.

Pole Tax on Strip Clubs Requires Deeper Thought

On Sunday, as I read the paper, I was humored but NOT shocked to see the article on a “pole tax” the taxing authority is trying to implement.  A $5.00 charge on strip clubs serving alcohol. Seems to me this is just another tax on “addiction” businesses.

I believe vices, drugs and addictions should be taxed. As vices, drugs and addictions go we have alcohol, marijuana, gaming, cigarette, strip clubs, and even tanning. All businesses providing services or products in these areas are heavily taxed. The taxing authorities even propose part of the tax collected be used to help  the people with the problem (smoking, gambling etc). This is great.

I am proposing to legislators upon their vacation return, a tremendous and COMPLETELY MISSED opportunity on taxation. This activity has been referred to as a drug or addiction by many on all sides of the spectrum, on more than one occasion.

Over $1Billion of this addictive drug will be injected into one person by the end of 2012. How can one person possibly utilize $1Billion in a little over one year other than go plum crazy.

It is the drug of choice of all politicians. It is called “The Campaign Donation”. This is their breath - the ring on the gold wheel of life. It is their manna.

If we tax this drug at a mere 50%, we would have enough to fund a committee to analyze the effects of this drug on our legislators and the resulting effects of the abuse on the general public. It could also fund a study on morals, ethics and integrity along with responsiblity and sound judgement. All of which appears to be absent once this drug is injected into its receipient.

Don’t believe me? Ask any legislator and see if he tells you the truth.  (sucker)

By the way, the super congress of 12 chaired by Congressman Henserling just received a $64 Million injection of this drug from Wall Street alone. See, it could be a very good year for the tax on drugs. 

The Texas comptroller stated alcohol and sex promotes rape, sexual assault, prostitution and pornography. I submit the same is true in campaign contributions; you don’t think “campaign contributed and PAC fed politicians” just eat, drink and be merry, do you?

You Could be a Terrorist if...

Oath Keepers Exclusive:  An FBI Denver Joint Terrorism Task Force handout being distributed to Colorado military surplus store owners lists the purchase of popular preparedness items and firearms accessories as “suspicious” and “potential indicators of terrorist activities,” instructing store owners to keep records on and report people who:

“Make bulk purchase of items to include:
Weatherproofed ammunition or match containers
Meals Ready to Eat
Night Vision Devices; night flashlights; gas masks
High capacity magazines
Bi-pods or tri-pods for rifles”

The FBI handout, entitled “Communities Against Terrorism: Potential Indicators of Terrorist Activities Related to Military Surplus Stores” also instructs surplus store owners to:

“Require valid ID from all new customers.
Keep records of purchases.
Talk to customers, ask questions, and
listen to and observe their responses.
Watch for people and actions that are out of place.
Make note of suspicious statements, people, and /or vehicles.
If something seems wrong, notify law enforcement authorities.”

The handout also instructs surplus store owners to consider as “suspicious” anyone who “demands identity ‘privacy’” or anyone who expresses “extreme religious statements” and those who “make suspicious comments regarding anti-US, [or] radical theology.”

The “Communities Against Terrorism” flyer closes by stating:

Preventing terrorism is a community effort. By learning what to look for, you can make a positive contribution in the fight against terrorism. The partnership between the community and law enforcement is essential to the success of anti -terrorism efforts.

Some of the activities, taken individually, could be innocent and must be examined by law enforcement professionals in a larger context to  determine whether there is a basis to investigate. The activities outlined on this handout are by no means all-inclusive but have been compiled from a review of terrorist events over several years.

The handout encourages surplus store owners and employees to provide information on “suspicious” customers by calling the Denver Joint Terrorism Task Force or the Colorado Information Analysis Center. This handout is very nearly identical to one issued by the FBI to gun stores from Connecticut to Utah: PDF
This new handout expands the absurdity by now also targeting customers of military surplus stores, and by specifically targeting the purchasing of very common, and very popular, preparedness items such as Meals Ready to Eat (MRE’s) as “potential indicators of terrorist activities.”

While this particular handout is being given to military surplus store owners in Colorado, it is nearly certain that similar versions are being handed out by Joint Terrorism Task Forces in other states.   Anyone who has seen such a handout, or who has a copy of one, please contact us at tips@oathkeepers.org.   You know, “if you see something, say something!” 

It may be a potential indicator of government terrorist (tyranny and chilling of speech) activities.   Remember, combating tyranny is a community effort and you can make a difference!  – Oath Keepers

Islamist terrorists are not known to hang out in local Army-Navy surplus stores, stocking up on MRE’s, high capacity magazines and bi-pods for their long range rifles.   As Brandon Smith, over at Alt-market.com notes, “These are very common purchases, not for terrorists, but for Preppers and Survivalists, who are obviously the targets of the FBI profile, not secret Al-Qaeda agents.”  Spot on. Obviously the current crop of FBI “leadership” considers anyone who wants to be self-sufficient and prepared to be a “threat” that should be relentlessly tracked and reported.

So if you take preparedness seriously enough to buy a few cases of MREs, or if you see the wisdom in having spare “high capacity” (i.e. full capacity*) magazines for your rifles or pistols, if you don’t want your matches to get wet, if you want to be able to see in the dark, or if you want  to be able to shoot more accurately by using a bipod, “you might be a terrorist” (like a bizarre Jeff Foxworthy joke), and the FBI wants your neighborhood Army Surplus Store to play the role of government informant and snitch, like something out of East Germany.   As Brandon Smith put it, the FBI handout “even instructs store owners to subtly interrogate their customers in order to draw a fuller profile. THIS IS CALLED CITIZEN SPYING. Period.”  Spot on again.  That’s exactly what it is – a preparedness focused “see something, say something” snitch program to help track and locate Americans who exhibit such dangerous “prepper” tendencies.
How far we have come from the Founder’s ideal of a “well regulated” (well equipped and well trained) citizen militia where ALL able bodied citizens were expected to keep and bear their own weapons, ammunition, field gear, and other supplies essential to personal military capability and competence. 

And the Founders expected us to keep that military gear at home and to actually train together in its use so we would “be prepared” for anything, you know, like the Boy Scouts motto.  That motto is a sad remnant of the Founders’ ideal of a prepared citizenry.  As the Boy Scouts website still notes:

“Be Prepared.”
That’s the motto of the Boy Scouts.

“Be prepared for what?” someone once asked Baden-Powell, the founder of Scouting,
“Why, for any old thing.” said Baden-Powell.

Under the logic of this most recent handout, the Boy Scouts should be reported as “suspicious.”  I can just hear the people at Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), who likely helped write this handout,  screeching “Someone report Baden-Powell to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force!  He’s advocating an extremist, paranoid “prepper” ideology!   Oh, wait …he’s dead?  Well then, report anyone who quotes him!  Such as that subversive remnant of American reactionary radicalization of the youth, the Boy Scouts!  That’s a hotbed for extremist radicalization. Why haven’t they been shut down yet?!  Someone get Cass Sunstein and Holder on the phone!”

The Founders would have wanted all of us, every one, to “be prepared” for “any old thing.”   They would have wanted us to have night vision, gas masks (which come in handy in many situations), “high-capacity” magazines – and the powerful military pattern rifles that use them – bi-pods so we can shoot accurately at long distance, and plenty of ammunition in “weatherproofed” containers (also known as surplus ammo cans).  They would have wanted us to have plenty of MRE’s for handy field use, and even “night flashlights.”   I  suppose “day flashlights” are OK with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, but those dangerous “night flashlights” are verboten, and anyone who buys one must be reported!  I certainly hope it wasn’t actually someone at the FBI who wrote that.**

This absurd list sounds like it was compiled by someone at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) or by someone at the Brady Center.   I’m shocked it doesn’t also list purchase of “those shoulder things that go up” as a potential indicator of terrorist activity.   And it may well have been written by the SPLC.  As Oath Keepers exposed in October of 2010, the CEO of Southern Poverty Law Center now sits on the DHS “Working Group on Countering Violent Extremism,” which is tasked with designing training initiatives that reach right down to the local community level (as in “communities against terrorism”), to include training local police, social workers, teachers, “child protective services” personnel, and mental health professionals on how to use their power and influence to “counter violent extremism.”

I don’t have to tell you who SPLC likes to label “extremist.”  You already know.  Just look in the mirror.  If you dare to quote the Founding Fathers, if you still believe in the self evident truths and principles of liberty espoused in the Declaration of Independence, if you advocate strict obedience of the Constitution, if you dare to take your oath seriously, and encourage others to do likewise, you are a radical “extremist” according to the SPLC and their “Hate Watch” website, and they will lump you in with neo-Nazis, skinheads, cop-killers and terrorists.  And likewise if you support Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, or Michelle Bachmann, or if you watch Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Freedom Watch show or like Glenn Beck, since all of them are considered “enablers” of extremism by the SPLC.   And of course, Oath Keepers has been a target of their smear campaigns from the day of its founding.   I consider it a badge of honor.   You know you’re over the target when Mark Potok starts screeching about you on national TV.

And now, as part of the DHS “team,” SPLC is doing their very best to turn the full power of government on you at every level, right down to your local “Mayberry” Police Department.   And that’s where handouts like this one come in, encouraging the whole community to be out there monitoring, tracking, compiling dossiers, and investigating anyone who advocates or holds the views and ideals of the Founders or who is actually trying to fulfill their civic duties by practicing those ideals – such as the ideals of preparedness, competence at arms, and being well equipped and well trained.

Funny thing is, who exactly do the authors of these handouts think they are talking to when they ask gun store and military surplus store owners and staff to spy on their customers and serve as a network of government snitches?  These stores are usually owned and staffed by veterans, who are also very preparedness minded – in other words, just like the customers the government wants them to inform on.  That’s like handing the MIAC report to Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin supporters and asking them to keep an eye on those pesky, subversive, and potentially dangerous Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin supporters.   It’s absurd.

In fact, asking military surplus store owners and staff to keep an eye out for people who like to stock up on MREs, high capacity magazines, flashlights, and weatherproofed ammo and match containers is like asking a shoe store to keep an eye out for people who take footwear seriously.

And when a store owner gets this list of “potential indicators of terrorist activities” and sees the items he stocks listed there, what is that saying about him?  If he is intentionally stocking MRE,s, “night flashlights,” weatherproof ammunition or match containers, or any of the other common-sense, useful items on this list, that makes him an “enabler” and supplier of potential terrorists – at least in the eyes of the authors of this handout.

If the powers that be, and the authors of this silly handout are worried about customers of military surplus stores, I can only imagine what they think of readers of http://www.survivalblog.com/ or of the listeners and readers of Preparedness Podcast (http://thepreparednesspodcast.com/).

And they are probably on the verge of having strokes over Oath Keepers recently announced Operation Sleeping Giant (http://www.operationsleepinggiant.com/) where we openly urge all veterans to be prepared and to take a leadership role in getting their communities prepared for anything by focusing on four key areas:

1. Food storage, fuel storage, emergency medical, and communications security and independence (and general preparedness). Since food is the hardest thing to improvise, it comes first, so we advocate doing as the Mormons do, by taking food storage seriously [including some MREs!]

2. Physical security and Independence – to include neighborhood watches; mutual aid associations; a volunteer sheriff’s posse (under direct command of the sheriff); and county militias established by county ordinances but staffed by self-supplied and self-funded volunteers (as is done in volunteer fire departments all over this nation); state defense forces under command of the governor; and ultimately, a true state militia, established by state statute, and capable of “repelling invasions” [just imagine Mark Potok reading that!].

3. Economic security and independence – as individuals and communities, including barter networks, use of silver and gold as real money, and sound money bills at the county and state levels (as Utah just passed).   See http://www.alt-market.com/ for details.

4.  State sovereignty and nullification of unconstitutional federal laws and actions.  The focus here is on restoring the Republic from the bottom up, by voting out oath breakers and voting in constitutionalists, till we have sheriffs, local and state legislators, and governors who have the knowledge, courage, and integrity to keep their oaths, up to and including being willing to defend the Constitution and the powers reserved to the states and to the people (see the Tenth Amendment) by supporting state sovereignty resolutions and nullification of unconstitutional laws.

When the government distributes handouts encouraging gun stores and military surplus stores to track, monitor, and snitch on their customers, you know we are in trouble.  But the answer is not to hide, afraid to train and practice preparedness.  The answer is for everyone to become a “prepper”, as in all the rebellious gladiators yelling out “I am Spartacus!” when the Roman General demanded to know where Spartacus was.   The proper spirit of response it be like Founding Father John Hancock saying “here, let me write my name nice and big, so King George can easily read it.”

The answer to the government’s silly lists is to make the lists so damn long they end up including every able bodied American (who is supposed to be the militia anyway), and thus the damnable lists become useless.  Each of us should, rather than being afraid of buying preparedness gear, step up and go shopping, and encourage others to do the same, online, in person, wherever.  Give preparedness items as birthday presents and Christmas gifts.  Make them a badge of honor, like the Founding generation proudly wearing home-spun.   Make the lists so big they become useless.

When the beast is in your face, trying to crush and stamp out the last remnants of your heritage, trying to chill your speech and make you afraid to fulfill your civic duties, afraid to keep your oath by stepping up and getting your community ready for hard times ahead – when the beast is trying to “nudge” you into sitting down, shutting up, and being a dependent, unprepared, scared, and cowardly serf, the answer is to step right up and answer the call. “Here I am.  Send me!” should be the battle cry of every one of you.

I recently responded to the Police Chief of Quartzsite Arizona, who likes to make references to “domestic terrorism” when discussing upstart Tea Party people, Oath Keepers and Sons of Liberty Riders, by saying hey, “we’re your huckleberries, Chief.”  (and we’ll be marching in Quartzsite on August 27th in support of the Quartzsite Ten!).

Same goes for this nonsense.  If the FBI and DHS wants to openly target preparedness minded folks as “suspicious” and worthy of being reported to the Joint Terrorism Task Force, for simply doing what the Founders expected us to do, and what we veterans are duty bound by our oaths to do, and what  every American, if they wish to be worthy of being called “citizen” is duty bound to do, well then, Robert and Janet, we’re your huckleberries too!   Get in line.

Slacktivism

Slacktivism is a linguistic blend formed out of the words slacker and activism. The word is usually considered a term that describes "feel-good" measures, in support of an issue or social cause, that have little or no practical effect other than to make the person doing it feel satisfaction. The acts tend to require minimal personal effort from the slacktivist.

Slacktivist activities include signing Internet petitions, joining a community organization without contributing to the organization's efforts, copying and pasting of Social Network statuses or messages or altering one's personal data social network services. Though there isn't much behavioral research behind this activity, the general perception about these activities is not just to feel satisfaction about helping a cause, but also helps in social-net-workers to present themselves as socially benefiting people, as well as making people feel guilt-tripped into spreading what is effectively chain-mail.

People have suggested bumper stickers and charity bands/ribbons as slacktivism, although this would be a matter of opinion. As a monetary donation is often required to gain these items, it does have a benefit to the charity or cause.

It is also worth remembering that some causes can benefit greatly by simply being advertised. However, the most common causes posted about on social networking sites are causes that most people are already aware of, so fit the definiton of slacktivism very well.

Our Republic is burning – now is not the time for Slacktivism –

We can all start by educating ourselves – Start with the 5000 Year Leap – purchase it here:  National Center for Constitutional Studies - NCCS  (disclaimer:  I am not paid to promote this site – I do however teach the Making of America seminars – I receive no compensation to do so).  After reading the 5000 Year Leap – read and discuss and re-read the US Constitution, Declaration of Independence and other founding documents – this is important so the history revisionists will not be able to tell their lies any longer – We know the truth and we will demand it from them.

While educating yourself – arm yourself – literally – we must understand and employ our God-given right of the 2^nd amendment.  Please think about this for a moment – I live in Texas – I can guarantee you – these hooligan mobs at state fairs in Wisconsin and hooligan mobs in Pennsylvania and hooligan mobs in London – WOULD NEVER HAPPEN IN TEXAS – why – a good portion of the state is armed – pull that crap in my yard or my grocery store or attempt a car jack and you will meet the skinny side of a SigSauer or the dark end of a Glock or a myriad of others!  All my friends will come out to defend.  Criminal hooligans know this – they know where the citizenry is unarmed – Protect yourself and your family!

Get out there, lock arms with your neighbors, be heard and take a stand.  Our future depends on it.

Day Of Rage:

September 17th, 2011 is set to be a Day of Rage. The leftists call this a non-violent event, yet their website, Craigslist ads and Facebook postings include information on how to resist arrest, protest in jail and fight the legal system. The anarchists, Marxists and communists have put together a plan, from start to finish, to takeover America. There will be trouble. The only real question, at this point, is what are the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the NSA and others going to do to stop this? So far, no one in the media is talking about this insurrection, aside from Glenn Beck who told of it months ago. What will you and your family do to do be safe and save our way of life? It is obvious that the commander in chief has no intention of stopping this coming event, these are, after all, his political base.

The purveyors of the Day of Rage have done their best to make their cause sound as if it is Libertarian or Conservative, but as one reads through the material, it becomes apparent that they are masking their origins and intent. Corporations are blamed for much of the ills, including the suppression of “free and fair elections“. Hiding under the guise of ‘one person/one vote’ and campaign finance reform, fitting the ideology of B. Hussein Obama, as stated in his chastising of the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address, they seek to implement social justice and a democracy, undermining the republic and electoral college process, turning elections into a popularity contest.

The Anti-American organizers of this even, seek to have protests in all fifty state capitols, the nations capitol and to crush the capitalist economy by disrupting Wall Street. Despite repeatedly stating their goal is non-violence, this subversive organization lists the following among their plans:

* They call for civil disobedience and include plans on how to disrupt court, arrest and the jail system.

* Civil disobedience training is available.

* Directions on responding with resistance to being restrained.

* Classes on forming Affinity Groups and collectively resisting law enforcement.

* Step by step processes for reducing infiltration by law enforcement and what to do after arrest (if you 're  peaceful, why plans on after arrest?).

* Directions on getting arrested, disrupting court, jail, booking and going on hunger/water strikes (Choosing to kill yourselves saves taxpayers money and it is encouraged).

* A legal process flow chart is included, as well as how to make more trouble in court (Always a good move, judges like that).

* Jail solidarity is addressed, which is unusual for a non-violent demonstration (You will become a jail bride).

* How to record audio and video covertly, during acts of civil disobedience (This stinks of a set up, to antagonize law enforcement into acting).

* Online civil disobedience is covered. Law abiding people call this hacking, sabotage, and illegal, in most cases.

This “non-violent” Day of Rage, which sounds like a national temper tantrum for spoiled children, also includes a call to arms. To be clear, a “call to arms” is issued prior to or during a violent event. Interesting that no one in the media or law enforcement has addressed this, or taken the time to warn Americans about the lefts'  call to arms. Monitoring the Twitter account of this group makes it clear that the anarchists, Marxists and collectivists have taken over and the intent of this group is much more than the “non-violence” they preach in between their “call to arms”.

The violent, non-violent revolutionaries have an interesting list of partners, sponsors and groups they identify with. The European Revolution is one such group. They have had a lot of non-violent protests that resulted in large scale riots and destruction of property. Take The Square is part of this revolutionary event and they support/endorse the riots in Greece that have been taking place. The group Occupy Wall Street is also part of this conglomeration of anarchists seeking to unite (which defeats the purpose…kind of like asking the clerk at the book store where the “Self Help” section is) on September 17, 2011. Even the Pro-Islamic leftists are represented, by WL Central (Wikileaks Central) and their irrational demands. The anarchists at the “non-violent” Day of Rage support two other anarchist groups, whom they openly admire, IRC AnonOps and Lulzsecurity.

Glenn Beck warned the nation of the coming leftist, Islamic storm. Like a dust cloud in the distance, it is almost upon us. Our government, our security agencies and the media have ignored the coming storm, making them part of the problem, not the solution. Given the Marxist leanings of the media, combined with our blatantly communist President, B. Hussein Obama, if that is his real name, and the shadow government of czars he has set up, a revolutionary storm, striking America, at approximately the same time America sees a credit downgrade and a pending food crisis (The government and media remain silent on the fires, lack of rain and flooding that has diminished our nations food supplies), it is the perfect time for disruption and Martial Law. For a President behind in the polls and failing at implementing “fundamental change” in America, this would enable his official oligarchy to begin. It has always been a question of “when” not “if”. We now know when.

The only remaining question is: What will you do? Are you prepared to protect and defend your family? Can you defend your property? Will you have food and water, or have you not prepared? Do you have the gravitas to support local law enforcement when they come under attack trying to contain these violent, non-violent protests? Are you prepared for Martial Law? Do you have your survival networks established? Safe houses? Do you possess the constitution, the depth of face to go as far as is needed to preserve the Republic? If not, are you prepared to tell your children and grandchildren that you were unprepared or a coward and that is why they now live in a crumbling, third world country that is a utopia for only the elite and the rich? America, your time is now.
